In Italy there is a crack down on rogue agents. In Italy you have to be a qualified real estate agent to sell properties. A easy way to tell an agent who is not qualified is that they do not have an office, or pretend their office is inside another agency. When you buy a house you must have a receipt for the payment, if you are English speaking and have a control done by the police and you can not demonstrate a receipt from the agency of your payment you can receive a large fine. A qualified agent will have a agency number for example ours is 503 (In Camere Commercio) and it can be checked in the register of estate agents.
So please be careful!

There are many new flights are now flying into Rome
Why not start your journey to us from there? By hiring a car in Rome-Ciampino, you'll take only 40 minutes by road to be able to meet our first scout. We can organize a fantastic couple of days, without you having to drive very much. For instance you could fly in to Rome on the Friday and meet our scout at lunch time. He can then take you to a characteristic Bed & Breakfast nearby. On the Saturday you can see two more different scouts in different areas and in the evening can stay at another characteristic Bed & Breakfast.
